What is a Postpartum Doula? A Postpartum Doula provides evidenced-based information on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. Additionally, a postpartum doula offers nonjudgmental support to families, assisting them during the challenging yet rewarding transition in the first days, weeks, and months of a baby's life.
Based in Massachusetts, I aim to create a nurturing and safe environment where parents can feel confident and empowered in their caregiving skills. My neutral and non-judgmental approach ensures that families receive the support they need without added pressure or stress.
I provide a one-of-a-kind overnight service tailored to families with newborns. I have years of experience in the overnight newborn care field. With my experiences and knowledge I am able to create an environment for both baby and family to create and maintain healthy sleep habits.
Nursing moms, we bring the baby to you when they are ready to nurse. Additionally, we can ensure you have water next to you, sit with you, keep you company, and attend to your needs while you nurse. We also take care of washing all pumping equipment. Our overnight service is designed to help you achieve the best night's sleep possible, knowing that your baby is receiving attentive care throughout the night.
Date night is an opportunity for new parents to enjoy quality time together, away from the demands of parenthood. It provides a chance to reconnect, strengthen their bond, and recharge. In the midst of sleepless nights and hectic days, carving out space for a date night can be a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. Then add in an overnight support to know that you will be able to get quality sleep when you get home, it creates the perfect environment for new parents to take a moment for themselves to recharge.
A Day time shift provides parents with newborns extra support. Bringing home a new baby can be over whelming, we want to support you, baby and the rest of the family. Providing both physical and emotional postpartum support. Being there to listen, support and give a shoulder to cry on. Support with first babies bath, learning how to swaddle, for all the little and big things we can give you an extra hand because we know sometimes that is all you need. Also go take a nap while we are there! We've got it covered!
Over whelmed by the babies room? Let us help! We will support you in washing, building, hanging all the wonderful new baby things you have for your new little one. Having an extra set of hands can really be helpful during this process.
